What you will do

• Translate customer and market needs into clear product vision and actionable backlog items.
• Coordinate with IT solution providers to scope, monitor, and accept development work.
• Maintain the product knowledge base through continuous market and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with Digital & Strategy, Technology, and other internal/external stakeholders.
• Define and clarify functional and non-functional requirements for product features.
• Prioritize the product backlog to ensure delivery of measurable business value.

Requirements

• University degree required.
• English proficiency: C1 minimum.
• Solid grounding in both business and technical domains.
• Proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI definition and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience working at the intersection of fintech and e-commerce.
