What you will do

• Design and implement automated pipelines to parse unstructured data (GitHub PRs, code diffs, CI/CD logs) to extract semantic patterns and identify bottlenecks.
• Establish a group-wide framework to track AI investment efficiency and analyze productivity data.
• Translate raw usage data into compelling ROI stories and narratives for leadership.
• Drive AI adoption across tech and non-tech teams through roadshows, workshops, and training programs.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing across decentralized brands to ensure a unified AI experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience building data pipelines that transform unstructured log formats and system artifacts into structured data.
• Ability to define KPIs for AI influence on business processes and delivery cycles.
• Strong data storytelling skills and the ability to present to large, diverse audiences.
• Experience in change management and driving new habits within large organizations.
• Strategic problem-solving skills to navigate legal, security, or regional blockers.
