What you will do
- Execute customer advocacy, community, marketplace review, and influencer relationship programs.
- Convert strategic customer success into public stories, testimonials, videos, and event participation.
- Lead review initiatives across platforms like G2 to strengthen market credibility.
- Develop community partnership programs with RevOps, sales, and SaaS communities.
- Support the company's presence at major industry events such as Dreamforce and UNBOUND.
- Build reporting frameworks to measure the impact of brand and relationship-driven programs.
Requirements
- Professional experience in customer, community, advocacy, or brand marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage customer stories, case studies, and reference programs.
- Experience leading in-person events or marketplace review programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to work across sales, customer success, and leadership.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas
