• Convert strategic customer success into public stories, testimonials, videos, and event participation.
• Lead review initiatives across platforms like G2 to strengthen market credibility.
• Develop community partnership programs with RevOps, sales, and SaaS communities.
• Support the company's presence at major industry events such as Dreamforce and UNBOUND.
• Build reporting frameworks to measure the impact of brand and relationship-driven programs.

Requirements

• Professional experience in customer, community, advocacy, or brand marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage customer stories, case studies, and reference programs.
• Experience leading in-person events or marketplace review programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to work across sales, customer success, and leadership.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas
