Influencer Marketing Manager (Marketing): Own the strategy, operations, and growth of the creator ecosystem to build a scalable influencer and creator acquisition engine with an accent on creator partnerships, influencer marketing, and AI-driven workflow automation. Focus on designing incentive structures, optimizing cost-per-new-user, and scaling creator programs into a major acquisition channel.
Location: 100% remote within the United States or Canada
Salary: $175,000 - $190,000 plus pre-IPO equity package

What you will do
- Build and operate partnerships with celebrities, influencers, and creators, managing deal flow, negotiation, and creative execution to optimize cost-per-new-user
- Identify and recruit high-leverage creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, and emerging channels
- Design incentive structures aligning creator success with business outcomes and build scalable processes
- Establish infrastructure and workflows to measure and optimize creator channel performance
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Brand, Sales, and Media teams to maximize impact and amplify product launches
- Help creators tell compelling stories about restaurant ownership and entrepreneurship aligned with Owner's brand and mission
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or growth
- Proven track record scaling creator programs from dozens to hundreds of partners
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets with ROI optimization
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
- Familiarity with creator attribution and partnership measurement systems
- Experience innovating with AI tools to automate workflows and build AI fluency within teams
