What you will do

  • Lead and support the Bulgarian Customer Service Representative (CSR) team to ensure business continuity and high service levels.
  • Drive operational effectiveness through continuous process improvement in areas such as rebates, invoicing, and consignment.
  • Coach and train CSRs to enhance their professional skills and resolve concerns regarding tools and processes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to address team-level issues.
  • Manage support systems, reporting, and evaluate implementation plans for new proactive support tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, HR, Finance) and external partners (Carriers, Distribution Warehouses).

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or related departments.
  • Proven people leadership and strong coaching skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
  • Strong technical skills in SAP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
