TL;DR
Associate Product Support Engineer (Atlassian): Providing technical L1/L2 support and troubleshooting for apps within the Atlassian ecosystem with an accent on diagnostic analysis and customer issue resolution. Location: Fully remote within Bulgaria, with the option to work from the Sofia office.

What you will do
- Diagnose, configure, and troubleshoot technical problems associated with Apps in Atlassian environments.
- Provide technical guidance and resolution for L1/L2 customer-reported issues.
- Research and identify solutions for technical bugs, assisting in L3 investigations under senior guidance.
- Take full ownership of customer issues from initial report through to final resolution.
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Leads, and Principals to gain technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Must be based in Bulgaria.
- Academic background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for enterprise customer interaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
- Flexibility to work schedules aligned with team needs, including potential late evening shifts.
Nice to have
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical support role (L1/L2).
- Exposure to the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Experience with Git, Jira Service Management, Confluence, or monitoring tools.
