What you will do

• Develop and implement the EU Government and Industry Affairs strategy aligned with business priorities and corporate objectives.
• Monitor, anticipate, and shape EU legislative, regulatory, and political developments impacting the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EU institutions, including the European Commission, Parliament, and Council.
• Lead advocacy strategies and represent the company in high-level policy discussions and industry platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including communications, legal, regulatory, commercial, and R&D on EU policy matters.
• Strengthen the company’s reputation as a responsible industry leader promoting science- and evidence-based policy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public policy, European Affairs, Political Science, Law, Economics, or Business.
• Significant experience (8+ years) in EU Government Affairs, Public Policy, or Industry Affairs based in Brussels and/or Paris.
• French native speaker and fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of EU institutions, legislative processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience engaging with policymakers and leading complex, multi-stakeholder advocacy initiatives.
• Experience working in a multinational environment with strong political judgment and diplomacy.
