What you will do

  • Lead and execute scaled Paid Social advertising campaigns for top global advertisers across multiple platforms.
  • Define visual strategies and guide clients on the style and appearance of their digital advertising.
  • Consult advertisers on creative best practices across the digital media suite to improve campaign performance.
  • Leverage and master hirify.global's platform features, including templating and automation, to scale creative assets.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to provide usability feedback and help build automated creative tools.
  • Analyze performance data to iterate on creative work and optimize business outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in an ad agency, digital agency, or in-house advertising team.
  • Proven track record in creating tactical direct response ads and high-quality conceptual branding.
  • Expert knowledge of social media ad formats for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in video production, motion design, and editing.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, communicating and advising advertisers on creative strategy.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and scaled creative tools.
