What you will do
- Conduct retention calls to reduce churn and increase user lifetime value.
- Develop and present tailored offers to keep users engaged with the app.
- Navigate and resolve difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Track outcomes and surface actionable insights to the product team.
- Handle customer support and QA tasks using Intercom.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven experience in customer support or retention roles.
- Exceptional empathetic communication skills.
