What you will do

  • Conduct retention calls to reduce churn and increase user lifetime value.
  • Develop and present tailored offers to keep users engaged with the app.
  • Navigate and resolve difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Track outcomes and surface actionable insights to the product team.
  • Handle customer support and QA tasks using Intercom.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven experience in customer support or retention roles.
  • Exceptional empathetic communication skills.
  • Strong integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment.
