What you will do

• Handle incoming sales and retention calls to enroll, renew, or reactivate subscription packages.
• Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and provide benefit statements to retain customer business.
• Build rapport with diverse customer types through active listening and empathetic communication.
• Diffuse high-tension situations and resolve complex customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Consistently meet performance targets regarding sales, retention, call quality, and handle time.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a metric-based or goal-oriented environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in a contact center environment (strongly preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
