Location: Must be located in the Netherlands (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office in Amsterdam)

What you will do

• Own the full data lifecycle from ETL to analysis and reporting for FP&A, Accounting, and Strategy teams.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models and self-service reporting solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical data requirements and actionable insights.
• Implement data governance, automated quality checks, and maintain metric definitions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, and Product teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on BI best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, ideally in B2B software.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Expert-level SQL skills for transforming raw data into financial and business metrics.
• Proven experience using DBT to manage data workflows and pipelines.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for data storytelling.
• Must be based in the Netherlands to support a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Python and statistical modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) and financial automation.
• Experience with GitLab.
