Salary: €31,000 - €51,000 EUR

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for hirify.global Statsbomb, API, and DaaS to help professional customers maximize their subscriptions.
• Educate customers by understanding their unique workflows and ensuring successful product setup.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, providing direct product feedback to internal teams to exceed user expectations.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education teams to execute customer training and onboarding strategies.
• Ensure alignment between Sales team promises and customer short- and long-term goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools including SQL, Python or R, Javascript, and Tableau.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, specifically in training and educating users.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and partner with product teams to advocate for customer needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with the hirify.global Pro Suite.
• Previous experience influencing product development in sports SaaS.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
