Salary: $105,288 - $195,533

What you will do

• Grow and manage government fleet accounts by aligning solutions with customer total cost of ownership (TCO) goals.
• Serve as the primary interface between government agencies, dealers, and internal teams.
• Achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets through strategic pricing and portfolio management.
• Prospect and secure new government business via collaborative sales strategies.
• Lead account execution, ensuring contract compliance and implementation of best practices.
• Expand dealer and customer relationships to increase contract utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of B2B sales experience, or 10+ years of B2B sales experience without a degree.
• Proven success in identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to win new business.
• Experience working in operations- or manufacturing-driven environments.
• Ability to travel extensively across the assigned West Region.
• Must reside within the US West Region.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills for complex, contract-driven environments.
