What you will do
- Provide daily technical support for computer, printer, network, and internal systems hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, mobile devices, workstations, and servers.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, off-boarding, and provisioning processes including identity management.
- Deploy and maintain device management and software deployment solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO, and other internal standards.
- Create and maintain internal procedures and client-facing help documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related IT work experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
- Technical degree or relevant IT support certifications.
- Experience with desktop imaging and device management solutions.
- Ability to physically move and lift IT equipment including servers and rack hardware.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
