What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting to final contract closure.
  • Convert marketing-qualified leads and proactively build a self-sourced pipeline from curated lists.
  • Manage warm referrals from strategic partners, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and build value-based proposals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity data within the CRM.
  • Develop deep expertise in CMMC and government-contracting compliance to serve as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B software or technology product sales experience, specifically in SaaS, cloud, or compliance.
  • Proven track record of owning the full sales cycle and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Proficiency with modern CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot with disciplined pipeline hygiene.
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business and compliance value for executive buyers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on discovery and presentation.
  • Must be based in Washington, D.C.
