TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Sales): Fueling the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead generation. Focus on building a strong foundation for a career in tech sales through high-volume outreach and collaboration with the Account Executive team.
Location: Onsite in Warrendale, PA (5 days per week)

What you will do
- Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify outbound leads to assess buying intent and fit.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outreach campaigns.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and coachability.
- Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work onsite in Warrendale, PA, 5 days per week.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
