What you will do

• Serve as primary project lead for mechanical, electrical, and critical-infrastructure CAPEX initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Execute procurement activities including RFP development, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, data center operations, and third-party service providers.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, UPS, generators, and other critical components.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless project handover.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience managing MEP or mission-critical construction projects in data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of critical facility systems including HVAC, UPS, generators, and PDUs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale project budgets.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to work onsite in Somerset, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience working within financial firm data center environments.
• Knowledge of sustainability certifications such as LEED, WELL, WiredScore, or SmartScore.
