Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, MA

Salary: $240k OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
  • Drive outbound pipeline creation within named mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver high-impact product demos to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Land and expand usage across multiple engineering teams.
  • Develop business value assessments and quantify ROI for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to refine GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying experience, preferably in a technical SaaS company.
  • Proven success in generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience selling to engineering leaders such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps managers.
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn complex products quickly.
  • Track record of multi-threaded deal management and value-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI, developer tools, and open source technologies.
  • Experience working in a Product Led Growth (PLG) company.
