What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product and Lifecycle Marketers focused on accelerating the Fintech business.
- Own marketing-influenced revenue growth across payments, financing, and capital portfolios.
- Develop and execute the end-to-end Fintech Marketing strategy and roadmap to balance customer value with revenue goals.
- Build a culture of marketing experimentation, running tests across segments to identify and scale revenue drivers.
- Partner with Fintech leadership, Product Management, and Finance to refine product roadmaps and pricing.
- Serve as the organizational subject-matter expert for Fintech Marketing to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing with proven people leadership experience.
- Must reside in Canada or the following US states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, or Utah.
- Strong understanding of financial services and payment business models within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling commercial revenue outcomes, not just launch execution.
- Ability to build strategic playbooks and operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
- Highly analytical mindset with a strong bias toward action and business-owner thinking.
