Location: Onsite at HPE office in Poland

Salary: PLN 206,500 – 409,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead project teams through all stages of design, coding, testing, and integration for complex products and platforms.
• Design and develop software for operating systems, networks, utilities, and Internet-related tools.
• Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners.
• Integrate new technologies into software systems and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced staff members.
• Engage in customer PoCs, pilots, and solution showcases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 4+ years of experience in software systems design.
• Proficiency in Python and Ansible.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, including developing operators and CRDs.
• Experience with Nvidia software ecosystem (NVAIE, GPU operators, Bluefield DPUs).
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Ansible Tower.
• Work experience in cloud automation or managed cloud service provider environments.
