TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving B2B software sales for small businesses in the North American market with an accent on consultative selling and pipeline management. Focus on utilizing the SPICED methodology, conducting tailored demos, and closing deals to achieve revenue goals.

Location: Hybrid in New York City (Must be based in NYC, 3 days a week in office)

Salary: $128,500–$133,500 OTE

What you will do

  • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle and document all interactions within Salesforce.
  • Apply the SPICED consultative selling approach to uncover pain points and demonstrate product value through tailored demos.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams to finalize deals.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline to provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of closing experience in the Small Business or Mid-Market sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-volume, transactional sales environment.
  • Familiarity with the SPICED Sales Methodology and the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong ability to articulate technical product components in a simple and effective manner.
  • Must be based in New York City to accommodate the hybrid office schedule.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency.
