What you will do

• Own global policy strategy across AI governance, federal procurement, and international AI safety frameworks.
• Lead and grow a team of policy professionals, managing execution across a complex portfolio.
• Translate business objectives into successful policy outcomes and regulatory wins.
• Serve as the senior voice at trade associations and industry coalitions to drive consensus on priority positions.
• Brief and advise executive leadership on regulatory and legislative developments.
• Lead the company's response to rulemakings, requests for comments, and regulatory proceedings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in policy or working within the government.
• Proven experience securing consensus for priorities at trade associations and standards bodies.
• Experience leading company responses to official rulemakings and Requests for Comments.
• Technical background, such as publishing research, covering technology policy in government, or experience in the technology sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active U.S. Top Secret or Secret clearance is a significant advantage.
