Salary: $62,800 - $82,100

What you will do

• Handle HR activities for specific sites or regions, focusing on employee relations and retention.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and corporate HR policies.
• Conduct impartial investigations into workplace harassment and discrimination reports.
• Coach first-line managers to develop leadership skills and resolve employee issues.
• Maintain accurate employment records and administer benefits orientation for new hires.
• Analyze turnover trends and HR KPIs to recommend and implement improvement measures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Solid working knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and ADA laws.
• Experience operating in multiple US states (NJ, NY, CT, PA, FL, WV, MA).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Vantage preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups).
