TL;DR

Manager, Inventory & Channel Program (AdTech): Driving growth, profitability, and investment discipline across the inventory and channel portfolio with an accent on portfolio-level decision making and roadmap prioritization. Focus on quantifying business impact, validating business cases, and partnering with cross-functional leadership to allocate resources toward high-value initiatives.

Location: Remote (Canada-based salary band provided, global remote flexibility supported)

Salary: $114,400–$136,000 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do

  • Partner with Channel Leads to evaluate and prioritize opportunities across programmatic and adjacent marketing channels.
  • Quantify expected business impact, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic value.
  • Build and validate business cases for major roadmap opportunities and investment decisions.
  • Standardize prioritization inputs across channels, including impact, confidence, urgency, and investment requirements.
  • Maintain a portfolio-level view of inventory and channel opportunities, tradeoffs, and assumptions.
  • Support quarterly channel investment reviews and leadership roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience in technology, product strategy, business operations, strategic finance, or product management.
  • Strong ability to quantify business impact, assess tradeoffs, and evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Experience supporting roadmap prioritization, portfolio planning, or resource allocation decisions.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with comfort working through ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing complex tradeoffs for leadership.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct ownership of execution.

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent business strategy experience.
  • Experience in ad tech, martech, marketplace businesses, or B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, inventory quality, or multi-channel marketing products.
