What you will do

• Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor across enterprise accounts in your territory.
• Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to build strategy, develop pipeline, and close business.
• Lead deep discovery to uncover business challenges, technical gaps, and future-state goals.
• Architect and configure solutions across the hirify.global portfolio (ONTAP, SAN, NAS, block, file, hybrid cloud, data protection) tailored to customer environments.
• Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously across deal stages, from net-new logos to long-term strategic accounts.
• Drive protect-and-expand motions, identify whitespace opportunities, and lead forward-looking conversations on AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in a quota-driven environment.
• Proven success supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers through complex sales cycles.
• Strong infrastructure background with essential storage and storage-adjacent solutions.
• Deep knowledge of on-prem environments (SAN, NAS, block, file) and how they integrate into broader architectures.
• Experience designing and configuring solutions in customer environments and translating requirements into deployable outcomes.
• Must be located within a commutable distance from hirify.global HQ in San Jose, CA.
