What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to build and improve tooling supporting mobile, desktop, and web development.
• Create and maintain in-house automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage CI pipelines, code-signing, release frameworks, and deployment systems.
• Investigate and resolve pain points in development processes and systems.
• Lead design, planning, and architecture discussions for platform improvements.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to refactor configurations and automate repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development or platform engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Swift, Ruby, TypeScript, Go).
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with mobile build tooling (Fastlane, Gradle, Xcode).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with web build tooling (webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn).
• Experience with cloud hosting environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with mobile UI automation frameworks (XCTest, Espresso, Detox).
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Crashlytics).
