TL;DR

Salary: £74,822 – £138,955 + bonus + RSU

What you will do
- Build multi-tenant infrastructure for the Embedded Finance Platform to support global enterprise clients.
- Develop cross-domain features such as tax systems, compliance-driven flows, and monetization tools.
- Design technical integrations for enterprise prospects, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Compliance, and Sales teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Ensure production excellence by designing for scale and maintainability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in React and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to balance flexibility and simplicity in system and component design.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience making pragmatic trade-offs between performance and velocity based on business impact.
- Must be based in London.
Nice to have
- Experience in Fintech, payments, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with high-scale performance tuning (100k+ QPS) and strict latency SLAs.
- Background in multi-tenant SaaS or platform architecture.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of OAuth2.0, API design, or developer documentation.
