What you will do

• Analyze and evaluate computer systems and software applications to ensure efficiency.
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Develop and update system configurations and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct user training and support activities.

Requirements

• Based in the Charleston, SC area.
• Valid Security+ certification.
• Ability to pass a USAP physical qualification (PQ) for deployment to Antarctica.
• Ability to perform duties in extreme cold and dark environments.
• Obtain an OS certificate within six months of hire.
• Experience with computerized systems (1+ years for Level I, 3+ years for Level II, 5+ years for Level III).

Nice to have

• Experience with UNIX-based operating systems.
• Knowledge of LAN administration fundamentals.
