Location: Total work from home possible anywhere in Germany or based in Berlin

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, leading up to 30 active projects simultaneously.
  • Implement technical integrations including SSO and third-party tools, ensuring seamless platform environment setup.
  • Deliver professional services and platform audits to the existing customer base.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve the quality and speed of project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success partners to provide functional and technical expertise.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base to share best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional consulting experience in customer-facing roles (TAM, Technical Consultant, or L2/L3 Support).
  • Experience deploying SaaS products, preferably within the HR domain.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs and SSO configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Full professional proficiency in French, English, and German.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Proven project management skills with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
