What you will do

• Design and maintain AWS-based infrastructure focusing on security, performance, and cost optimization.
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code across multiple environments using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Optimize Windows and Linux-based systems to ensure reliability and compliance with operational standards.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
• Lead root cause analysis and incident response for critical systems to ensure rapid recovery.
• Develop AI-driven observability, alerting, and automated remediation strategies for cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering supporting production systems.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.
• Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines with Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and influence architectural decisions.
• Must be based in the Cork office.
