What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to translate customer goals into structured collaboration game plans.
• Design and implement scalable governance frameworks, including workspace structure and access.
• Guide enterprise customers through change-management and rollout sequencing.
• Coach teams on AI workflows, intelligent templates, and collaboration best practices.
• Facilitate workshops on Agile, design thinking, and strategy development.
• Partner with IT stakeholders to establish standards and reduce tool sprawl.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, change management, or Agile transformation.
• Proven track record of supporting enterprise-scale teams with tool adoption.
• Near-native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
• Expertise in Human-Centered Design and innovation frameworks.
• Fluency in hirify.global or similar platforms like Figma, Lucid, JIRA, or Confluence.
