TL;DR

Salary: $275,000 - $315,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Source and own pipeline and revenue targets specifically through the Microsoft Azure channel.
  • Map and activate co-sell motions with Microsoft's ISV and enterprise field organizations (PDMs and AEs).
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales plays and enablement materials for Microsoft field sellers.
  • Manage joint business planning, including territory plans, account maps, and QBR cadences.
  • Coordinate co-marketing activities to generate pipeline within the ISV and enterprise segments.
  • Provide field intelligence back to product and GTM teams to refine the platform.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM, partnerships, or field sales at a technology company.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft's field organization, including marketplace mechanics, co-sell programs, and MACC spend.
  • Proven track record of pipeline sourcing, forecasting, and owning a revenue quota.
  • Ability to translate complex technical platform capabilities into a clear value story for non-technical sellers.
  • Strong curiosity and working fluency in model serving and AI training infrastructure.

Nice to have

  • Experience within a hyperscaler partner ecosystem (AWS, GCP, or Microsoft).
  • Background in AI/ML infrastructure, model serving, or MLOps.
  • Experience working with ISVs at the platform layer.
