• Lead the transformation of People Analytics into a strategic, predictive, and AI-enabled capability that drives business outcomes.
• Define and execute the multi-year vision, operating model, and roadmap for the function.
• Build and lead a high-performing People Analytics team, establishing standards and a culture of accountability.
• Partner with senior executives to solve complex talent and organizational challenges via data-driven recommendations.
• Modernize analytics products, reporting capabilities, and data foundations in collaboration with People Technology teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, or Organizational Effectiveness.
• Proven track record of leading teams and transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in predictive analytics and AI-enabled organizational decision support.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to translate strategic vision into measurable outcomes.
