What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to execute a strategic People Analytics roadmap.
• Build and maintain analytical products like dashboards and workforce planning models.
• Deliver compelling data narratives for both technical and non-technical leadership.
• Analyze complex datasets to drive actionable people initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Ops and Systems teams to ensure data quality and governance.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging tools in people analytics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics.
• Proven ability to build trusted analytical products and data solutions.
• Proficiency in dbt, Snowflake, and Python or R.
• Experience with HR tools such as Workday, CultureAmp, or Greenhouse.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements.
