What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle to identify, target, and secure net new nonprofit customers.
- Drive growth within existing nonprofit accounts through deeper adoption, cross-functional implementation, and user expansion.
- Build and execute tailored strategic plans to achieve sales goals and maximize Canva’s value for nonprofits.
- Engage nonprofit leaders and decision-makers to establish trust and demonstrate long-term partnership value.
- Run discovery sessions and deliver compelling, tailored value propositions aligned to nonprofit needs.
- Use account usage and engagement data to identify growth opportunities and inform upsell and expansion strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving net new business and growing existing accounts, ideally in SaaS, technology, or nonprofit-focused industries.
- Consultative sales expertise with strong discovery skills to uncover pain points and craft tailored solutions with clear ROI/value.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly and tailor messaging to end-users and C-suite leaders.
- Strong collaboration skills working cross-functionally and leveraging internal resources to support sales strategy.
- Strategic account planning and execution focused on long-term customer success and retention.
- Data-literate approach to measure success, identify trends, and refine strategy.
