What you will do

  • Create and manage a pipeline of SMB accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers using value-selling techniques
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with company priorities and initiatives
  • Manage account tiering and implement techniques to save contractions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to position Figma and drive deals forward
  • Advance executive relationships through in-person meetings and networking

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • Experience closing sales in SaaS with SMB customers (1-500 FTEs)
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and meet pipeline targets
  • Strong sales methodology focused on creating customer value

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to technical audiences at SMB level
  • Ability to succeed in a changing environment
  • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
