What you will do
- Create and manage a pipeline of SMB accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers using value-selling techniques
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with company priorities and initiatives
- Manage account tiering and implement techniques to save contractions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to position Figma and drive deals forward
- Advance executive relationships through in-person meetings and networking
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Experience closing sales in SaaS with SMB customers (1-500 FTEs)
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and meet pipeline targets
- Strong sales methodology focused on creating customer value
Nice to have
- Experience selling to technical audiences at SMB level
- Ability to succeed in a changing environment
- Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
