What you will do

• Partner with the VP of EE/Startup leadership to shape and execute GTM strategy.
• Redesign operational workflows from first principles, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Own reporting, forecasting, territory planning, and quota modeling for the segment.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to guide investment, growth, and capacity decisions.
• Run recurring operational cadences, including QBRs and forecast calls, for executive leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Recruiting, Marketing, and Partner Ops teams.

Requirements

• AI fluency is non-negotiable; must use AI tools as a daily multiplier.
• Strong background in GTM strategy, chief of staff roles, or operational consulting at hyper-growth companies.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, error-free operational work.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and willingness to learn new data tools like Databricks SQL.
• Ability to architect strategy and operationalize it with a hands-on, doer mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to VPs and senior leadership.
