What you will do
- Collaborate with engineers and analysts to define requirements and workflows.
- Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
- Maintain regression testing suites and detailed test documentation.
- Utilize SQL to verify backend system behavior and data integrity.
- Extend and maintain automated test scripts using Java-based frameworks.
- Participate in Agile planning, refinement, and review sessions to improve quality early in the lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing.
- Strong proficiency in writing and maintaining manual test scenarios.
- Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to write and execute queries.
- Experience with test automation, specifically using Java-based frameworks.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and communicating findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with reporting tools like Allure or Extent Reports.
- Exposure to microservices or event-driven system architectures.
- Basic scripting skills in Python or Bash.
- Prior background in finance, trading, or data-heavy platforms.
