What you will do

• Establish and manage end-to-end testing processes, covering both manual and automated testing.
• Organize and conduct test project reviews to ensure objectives are met.
• Design and modify existing automation frameworks.
• Prepare project reports for management and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the overall testing process.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
• Final university degree in software testing, software engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Jira, and Confluence.
• English business fluent (C1 level).
• Experience in fraud detection systems or payment business is a major plus.
