What you will do
- Lead the technical vision for WPS Add-on development and integration with the Workspace Platform.
- Design and deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and Office.js.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-location teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Mentor engineers and champion best practices in architecture, coding, and testing.
- Explore innovative techniques and independently develop solutions for complex integration challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a software developer.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with C/C++ development for performance-critical components.
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud environments (Azure).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
- Knowledge of Office.js, Office APIs, and enterprise platform integration.
Nice to have
- Experience with Linux OS application development on ARM CPU architecture.
- Familiarity with performance tuning, memory management, and cross-platform development.
- Prior experience in Office add-on ecosystems.
