TL;DR
Account Manager (Fintech): Nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise merchants with an accent on strategic payments consulting and revenue growth. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York or San Francisco (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Craft merchant-specific account development plans focused on revenue generation.
- Build high-touch, consultative relationships with enterprise merchants through regular communication.
- Provide expert guidance to merchants on global payment strategies.
- Analyze merchant payment performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Support, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless merchant experiences.
- Understand and leverage the full suite of company products and partner networks to meet merchant needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a PSP, Acquirer, or similar payments organization.
- Proven experience in B2B Enterprise Account Management or Relationship Management within the FinTech/Payments industry.
- Strong knowledge of major e-commerce and payment technologies, players, and future trends.
- Strategic problem-solving skills with excellent project management capabilities.
- Ability to influence at all levels within an external organization.
- Customer-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
