What you will do

• Lead analytics for a product pillar, defining and presenting key performance metrics.

• Foster a data-driven culture by sharing insights and building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Design experiments and analysis frameworks to quantify the ROI of product development.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in analytics across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert ambiguous problems into structured solutions.
• Excellent data interrogation skills using SQL.
• Proficiency in applied statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression.
• Proven experience in conducting experiments and building measurement frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
