What you will do

• Lead quality engineering practices across delivery lanes to ensure reliable releases.
• Design and maintain scalable automated test solutions using Playwright.
• Collaborate with engineering and product partners to define quality strategies and test coverage.
• Validate features at the story level to enable early defect detection.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and manage test data.
• Mentor and guide engineers on quality best practices and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or QA Test Engineering in agile environments.
• Hands-on experience building E2E automated testing frameworks, preferably with Playwright.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python).
• Experience testing APIs and microservices, including REST services and contract validation.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions.
• Must be based in Mexico and able to participate in hybrid in-person collaboration.
