What you will do

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of university lifecycle management within the LATAM territory.
• Foster relationships with university administration, faculty, and students to ensure successful campus-wide deployments.
• Drive MAU growth and retention by identifying usage trends and implementing data-informed strategies.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support long-term engagement and educational outcomes.
• Provide strategic sales support for Single-Sign-on onboarding and institutional technology adoption.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in Miami, FL
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required
• Proven experience in the Higher Education market and university efficiency solutions.
• Strong sales expertise in education software and instructional technology.
• Deep understanding of institutional technology roll-outs and university-wide deployments.
• Excellent communication and business planning skills.
