What you will do
- Research, plan, and execute integrated marketing programs, campaigns, and events to drive demand.
- Develop and manage a 6-month rolling field marketing plan focused on pipeline goals.
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives mapped to target sales accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, corporate, and channel marketing teams.
- Track and report program results and metrics via Salesforce.
- Manage regional program budgets and vendor negotiations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
- Demonstrable field marketing experience supporting sales organizations and channel partners.
- Strong ability to translate sales goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
- Native or near-native Japanese proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo.
- Experience in digital marketing, progressive profiling, and lead nurturing.
