What you will do
- Execute customer marketing campaigns to drive product expansion and activation within the existing base.
- Manage presence on Gartner Peer Insights and G2 by building and executing review generation programs.
- Oversee the end-to-end customer reference program, including case study development and sales alignment.
- Maintain a centralized tracking system for all customer content and references to ensure team accessibility.
- Plan and execute customer events, including executive-level Customer Advisory Boards (CABs).
- Collaborate with CS, sales, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer success marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing review generation programs on platforms like Gartner Peer Insights or G2.
- Experience building and managing customer reference programs and case study pipelines.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Background in B2B tech or cybersecurity.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Asana.
