What you will do

• Serve as the strategic owner for PC gaming peripherals, driving the global product roadmap and long-term category vision.
• Lead product strategy development by leveraging market insights, competitive benchmarking, and evolving user needs.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and feature evolution to phase-out planning.
• Translate gamer feedback and market trends into detailed Product Requirement Specifications (PRS).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Industrial Design, UX/UI, Marketing, and Quality teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Drive internal alignment and influence stakeholders to maintain brand and performance standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end product management.
• Degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical discipline.
• Deep understanding of PC gaming culture, particularly within FPS or competitive genres.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across global stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing senior leadership.
