What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans including solution design, timeline estimation, and testing strategies.
• Provide daily technical support and guidance to external partner stakeholders.
• Create integration support materials and documentation for new products and features.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate on integration strategy, platform evolution, and infrastructure tooling.
• Analyze the intersection of commercial strategy and technical partnership capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Proficiency in reading multiple programming languages.
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce technologies and data models.
• Experience with JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies.
