Location: Remote (Must be based outside of Ontario; schedule follows Eastern Time - Toronto).

What you will do
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve web technology issues by offering clear, actionable guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced website and email configuration problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain content management systems like WordPress.
- Explain DNS settings and web design tools to customers.
- Address and escalate sales and billing inquiries as needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and French (written and verbal).
- Experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for websites and email systems.
- Must be based outside of Ontario.
- Ability to work on Eastern Time (Toronto).
