What you will do
- Provide technical support for Hosting and Domain services through tickets, chat, and phone.
- Manage entry-level sales and billing requests.
- Monitor basic infrastructure and report bugs to the Development and Infrastructure teams.
- Consult customers on service optimization and handle cross-sales/up-sales.
- Analyze and provide customer feedback to help improve product offerings and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with hosting services, domain names, Plesk, Cpanel, and WHM.
- Familiarity with common CMS platforms such as WordPress and Joomla.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
